The Best Plant-based Brownies yet!

If you know me and have read any of my previous posts, then you may know that pretty much since I have transformed my life into eating plant-based that I have been searching for an awesome brownie that is just like what I would eat before.
When I say plant-based, my fiance, Traven (call him Tray), and I do not consume: meat, dairy products, no eggs. We do consume very small amounts of soy, but it is rare that we do.
This recipe made me so happy to find the right one I was looking for I was dancing in the kitchen when I made this yesterday, February 20th, that I got dizzy.
I have tried many recipes from boxes, to other recipes from various websites without being successful for what I wanted to consume. We do not consume or use eggs, so to use egg replacer just does not cut it and make it a lot of times.
I was scrolling about 5 days prior on instagram when I saw these brownies being made and immediately stopped and went to their website and couldn't want to try for myself. I was not wrong and have enjoyed truly every bite and will be using this ANY TIME I want some brownies.
Go for what level of dark chocolate suits you and your taste buds. I ended up using instant coffee instead of espresso powder and it turned out just fine. I do not have a double broiler at this time and melting the chocolate first and then the butter together works just fine in a microwave. I'm sure if you do not have or use a microwave you can do it on a stovetop... just be careful not to burn or scorch anything.
If you follow this recipe as it is explained you will get scrumptious brownies you will finish it in easily 2 days!
