Pumpkin Pasta with Spinach and Sundried Tomatoes

We searched around for a change in recipes and stumbled upon the title above.


At first I was a bit skeptical to try due to not being so sure how the pumpkin would tie in and taste... but we gave it a try and have made it several times since.


On September 14th we got in the kitchen and truly enjoyed this recipe.

The pumpkin ties so smoothly into the recipe along with the spinach and sundried tomatoes we are always craving and going back for more!


This one that you just have to try for oneself. The pumpkin taste was never overpowering to one's palette for either one of us.



We have switched to using wheat pasta or still use gluten free pasta and it's wonderful and not too heavy.

For us we have experimented with different sausages and for me personally, the field roast apple sage tastes best.


Give this one a try and I hope you will enjoy as much as we have. Since the date that we have tried it we have made it about 2 more times and it's a go-to recipe for us.
