Mongolian Beef 2.0

On September 28th it was my turn to truly get in the kitchen and this time make Mongolian Beef.


This meal was the first meal that my love made for me when we started this journey and haven't looked back.


The change and adjustment to using Abbot's butcher plant-based ground beef did the trick for us.


The whole combination of the meal just seemed to be perfected and I put all my love into the recipe for us to enjoy.

When I made this recipe we also used the wheat spaghetti noodles and that turned out to be a lot better for us as well.


I just want to say to never be afraid to try a recipe and to make some minor adjustments. While doing so you may never know how much better a recipe may be or know what is a staple for you or your household.


We are blessed to be on this journey and love every minute of it.
