Homemade hummus!!!

I have discovered homemade hummus and am on a kick for it!!

I found the recipe that I have fallen in love with at theplantbasedschool.com

This recipe is quite easy to do... it can be a bit time consuming with the chickpeas with peeling the skin, but it's totally worth it!!!

I have enjoyed the hummus in the pasta from the previous post (hummus pasta recipe from the same website mentioned above)... as well as with crackers or even on toast.

I know down the road I will be adventuring to make different kinds of hummus such as the ones you find in the store, but for now just plain hummus works for me!
