I have been attempting these past few weeks that I have not been posting to make brownies.

I have found yummy gluten free brownie mix at fresh market. When I made the brownies, they did not solitify. I was personally disappointed, but my love brought a great change of perspective and after letting the brownies cool down a bit, I formed them into fudge balls!

I rolled up the brownie into small balls and placed them into the freezer to solitify and then let them get to room temperature and afterwards what is not eaten can be placed into the fridge until ready to eat and have as room temperature as you desire.

I did not take a picture of the fudge balls... below pictured is the brownies I turned into fudge balls.

I attempted to make brownies with simple mills almond flour brownie mix, but those also did not turn out correct (more than likely due to using egg replacer and not actual eggs).

I made brownies with kodiak brand brownie mix, that actually ended up turning into decent brownies. I will perfect those brownies to be even better and more like a brownie than a cake mix.
