Avocado Salad

We have been starting to adventure a bit more with eating more raw meals.


If you're curious as to why... it's for our health as well as getting the most nutrients that we can from the vegetables since from learning from research and such that when you cook or bake your food you it tends to lose it's nutrients and value... though it can taste amazing!!


My fiance and I have discussed this and one to two times a week I will make a meal for us that's even more raw plant-based and I have enjoyed what we have made here and there besides your basic salad.


On Halloween, October 31st this is what we made:


We discovered this recipe from a different website that we have started to use:


We used: avocado, red onion, plum tomatoes, mushrooms, extra lemon juice instead of oil, cucumber as well as parsley, salt and pepper. Feel free to add any spices or herbs that you crave or love in a salad.


I enjoyed the meal. My fiance loved it even more and gobbled it up over the next few days.
