Have you ever had that moment that you love the life you're leading but just crave something that you used to eat?
On October 4th I was craving an old comfort meal of chicken Alfredo...
we made just that and enjoyed it.
We went to Fresh Market and bought Abbot's plant-based chicken and then bought wheat spaghetti, vegan parmesan cheese and we had primal kitchen dairy free Alfredo sauce to use already in our pantry.

The recipe is just as you would normally make chicken Alfredo.
Boil your pasta and make your pasta to al dente or whatever you prefer.
While that's going on add some oil of your preference, we use grapeseed oil to a skillet and cook the chicken to package directions.
When the pasta and chicken are complete combine and add the Alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese
Enjoy!!!
This meal was just what I craved without actually ingesting regular meat.
We prefer Abbot's plant-based meat (ground beef and chicken) for our recipes due to their meat does not contain soy. We make sure we do not ingest soy products for they are not good for our bodies and our preference as well.
So again, this one is just a basic comfort food we have made and you can always make and find a way to get your comfort meals in when wanting to do so. :)
