More About Veronica & Traven

We are the Shurner's. I am Veronica Turner and this is my fiancé, Traven Shuren. We have been together since August of 2020. We decided to change our lifestyle to vegan (meaning we do not consume meat, eggs and dairy). We adopted this lifestyle in June of 2023 for both of us, I was late to the game, but have not looked back since. We enjoy being in the kitchen together as well as making meals for each other. Here is a blog of the meals we have adventured into making and love as well as fine-tuned to our own liking. On our journey we have also introduced juicing and fasting into our regime. You will see posts on juicing down the road.
